The Huaxin Cement Hubei Aggregates Production Line project utilizes Longxin Machinery's complete crushing and screening equipment. The line features the YGP single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher as the core secondary crushing unit, paired with the HL vertical shaft impact crusher for sand shaping and manufacturing, and the FPH heavy-duty apron feeder to ensure consistent feeding. With high automation and stable, reliable operation, the system produces high-quality aggregates with excellent particle shape and optimal grading, meeting stringent requirements for construction-grade sand and gravel. Upon commissioning, the line achieves a capacity of 2000 tons per hour, significantly enhancing the client's competitiveness in the regional market.
